Origin 25 years after weaving her first sample for her rug collection, Jody Harrow traded in yarn for wire, developing her own technique of weaving it into lighting and jewelry. After a rug collaboration with Swarovski from years prior, Jody was left with a stock of leftover crystals and wanted to put them to use. Beginning with lighting fixtures, she gradually transitioned into wearable pieces.
Sustainable ‘remix’ is a brand committed to sustainability by repurposing items that are commonly disposed of - a surviving earring from an antique pair, a spare bead, a remnant of a porcelain teacup found by the sea.
